If you’re not on vacation in a cool spot; you are working that AC as much as this “hot” trio from Texas!

We took the little trip to Jackson back in July and the experience and free critique was priceless.
Two of the judges that spoke directly to us (you can watch on singing news television)  called last week, and asked Hendrix Trio to partner with their media marketing HITS & HYMNS road show.

What an honor.

However, the $$ to invest was not possible for us, plus we felt God directing us to “not yet”, so here we are. We respectfully declined.

IF this Hits and Hymns Road Show, comes to a town near you, I recommend you GO and give in the love offering and show your support for those regional groups. You’ll be glad you did.

Update on my sister Nella Jenkins.


Nella has been in Renal failure since June & has done pretty well, considering the ovarian ascites peritoneal drain has been her source of “dialysis”.

She has become very weak and I felt I needed to be there for these last weekends, so I cleared them all (thank you especially to the ones it affected) & drove out the past two.


Lord willing the trio will go out the weekend of August 23 after we stop off in Gilmer to finish vocals on our new CD!! Woohoo!!!

Recording update: we started and laid vocals to 5 songs, back in March 2024. 


We have had to reschedule several times & we have 7 more to lay, until Caleb can mix; master; and wallah be done!!


We are so ready.


We know you are ready for a new one too!!!

A recording costs about $300 - $400 

per song total, and we haven’t sang that much this year, so the love offerings have been stretched verrrrrrrry far.

In other news:


Bro. Bobby DID pay off the RV, which is a great blessing and a 2025 milestone. 


He had carried that burden long enough! God is faithful and always provides.

Personal news: 

the 4 year old grand girl; Milana began “big school” this year as pre-k and

 Gracelynn the 10 year old is taller than me (which isn’t saying much) and started 5th grade.


Our son Ryan still works for Smith Blair and has been on 3-12 shift for 3 years, (we are ALL praying him for a daytime position.) please help us pray?


Ashley our daughter in law works for Total Medical Supply going on her 3rd year.


Ranessa’s website design business has slowed way down, and we know God has more businesses out there that need a website; so BRING them on Sweet Jesus!!


We are a Blessed family, and love singing His praises.
